The Garbage Czar - I made a cast of my face and put it up in the trash area. I wanted people to know that I was always watching. It must have worked as this was the best year for trash ever (in terms of left overs at the end of the week). Course, I figured I would get graffitied on... and I was not disappointed.. though it seemed to take a while.
